Logging in and out
Licence for the One Net app for desktop or tablet
If you want to use the One Net app for desktop or tablet, you need an additional licence. Ask your administrator to assign the correct licence to you.
Logging in
When you log in to the One Net app for the first time, you must enter your username and password.
Logging out
PC and Mac
Options for leaving the One Net app are:
- Exit One Net to log out and close the app, or
- Sign Out to log out and return to the login window. This is useful if you share your computer with someone else.
To log out of the One Net app
- Select File.
- Select Exit One Net or Sign Out.
Android
- In the top-left corner, select
. - Select Sign Out.
iOS
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select Sign out.
Resetting your password
If you forgot your password:
- Open One Net Manager.
- On the login screen, select Zugangsdaten vergessen?
- Select Internet-Passwort vergessen.
- Enter your username, mobile phone number or customer number and the security code, and then select Weiter.
You'll receive an email with the reset link.
- Select the reset link in the email to set your new password.

Resetting your username
If you forgot your username:
- Open One Net Manager.
- On the login screen, select Zugangsdaten vergessen?
- Select Benutzernamen vergessen.
- Select Mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse.
- Enter your email address and the security code, and then select BESTÄTIGEN.
You'll receive an email with your username.
If that doesn't help, contact your administrator.
PC and Mac login options
On PC and Mac, you can set the One Net app to start up the way you want:
- Remember your password
- Hide or show password characters on mobile devices
- Log you in automatically when you start the app on your PC or Mac®
- Start the One Net app automatically when you turn on your device
Changing language before logging in
The default language of the One Net app is the language of your operating system. On PC and Mac, you can change this language before logging in.
To change language before logging in
- Select
. - From the drop-down list at the top, select General.
- From the Language list, select the required language.
Changing the automatic login option
To change the automatic login option
To use automatic login, select Remember password first.
- Select .
- From the drop-down list at the top, select General.
- Select or clear Sign in automatically.
Starting the One Net app automatically when you turn on your PC
To make the One Net app start automatically every time you turn on your PC
- Select .
- Select the drop-down list at the top and select General.
- Select or clear Run this program when the system starts.
This feature is not available on Mac.
