Viewing chat history
Your chats are recorded in your communication history. You can find and read previous chats provided you have not deleted them. The One Net app synchronises your chat history across all your devices.
If you are offline when somebody sends you a chat, the message is saved in your communication history.
- When you sign in to the One Net app on your PC or Mac®, you see the number of waiting messages on the messages icon
. - When you sign in to the One Net app on your mobile or tablet, you can see your waiting messages in the chat window.
If you are invited to a chat, the invitation goes to all your devices but your chat history is only saved on the device where you accept the chat invitation.
