UK Requirements for One Net Business applications
My Room allows you to hold video conferences and conference calls while using other My Room features such as screen sharing and chat.
Video can only be used on calls with other One Net Business users.

..You can send My Room meeting invitations to people you want to work with, even if they are not within your organisation or don't have One Net Business.
On PC and Mac, you can drag and drop your colleagues' names into My Room so they can join the conversation.
This feature is available only on PC and Mac®.
.If you don't need to create a full invitation to a meeting, you can just copy the room link and provide it to people you want to invite.
