My Room conferences
My Room allows you to hold video conferences and conference calls while using other My Room features such as screen sharing and chat.
Starting a My Room conference
Video can only be used on calls with other One Net Business users.
PC and Mac
- Select
to open My Room. - On the right, select Add people.
- Type in the names of the people that you want to add to My Room.
- Select the person that you want to add.
- Select Add.

Inviting people to My Room
You can send My Room meeting invitations to people you want to work with, even if they are not within your organisation or don't have One Net Business.
On PC and Mac, you can drag and drop your colleagues' names into My Room so they can join the conversation.
Creating an invitation to My Room
This feature is available only on PC and Mac®.
PC and Mac
- Right-click .
- Select New Room Invitation.
- Search for users that you want to add.
- In the bottom-right corner, select Send Invite.
Copying the link to My Room
If you don't need to create a full invitation to a meeting, you can just copy the room link and provide it to people you want to invite.
PC and Mac
- Right-click and select Copy Guest Invitation.
Android
- In My Room, select

iOS
- In My Room, select
