Requirements for One Net Business applications
The following sections summarise the software and hardware requirements that your devices must meet for each application.
One Net app
Supported operating systems
- Microsoft Windows 8, 8.1, 10 (Classic view only)
- Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra, 10.13 High Sierra, 10.14 Mojave, 10.15 Catalina, 11.0 Big Sur, Mac M1 chip (arm)
- Android 5 or later
- iOS 12.1 or later
We recommend the use of Open Graphics Library (OpenGL) 1.5 or later.
PC or Mac hardware
- Free disk space: 215 MB on a PC or 125 MB on a Mac
- For voice calls: a sound card, speakers and a microphone (or a headset)
- For video calls: a web cam
- 4 GB or more of random access memory (RAM)
- 1.5 GHz or faster processor; we recommend a dual-core processor for video calls.
- For high-definition (HD) video: an HD camera, HD resolution support in the display hardware, a quad-core x86 or equivalent processor as a minimum and 2 GB RAM
Tablet or phone hardware
- iPhone®: 6 or later model
- iPad®: iPad 4 or later model
Microsoft Outlook®
For the One Net app to use the Outlook contacts directory, one of the supported versions must be installed.
- Outlook 2019 or 365 (32-bit or 64-bit)
Go Integrator
Supported operating systems
- Microsoft Windows 7 or later
PC hardware
- Free disk space: 1 GB
- 2 GB or more of RAM
- 1.8 GHz or faster processor
One Net Call Centre
Supported operating systems
- Microsoft Windows 7 or later
- MacOS X 10.13 High Sierra or later
- Citrix® XenApp® 4, 5 or 6
Supported browsers
- Internet Explorer® 9.0 or later
- Firefox® 40 or later
- Chrome™ 44 or later

Java™
A Java runtime environment is needed by a limited number of functions:
- LDAP integration
- Microsoft Outlook® integration
- Call notification pop-ups
- Storing call event logs on your computer
Compatible 32-bit versions:
- Java 6, update 19 to 45
- Java 7, update 11 or later
Compatible 64-bit versions:
- Java 8, update 1.8.0_31 or later
Microsoft Outlook
For One Net Call Centre to use the Outlook contacts directory, one of the supported versions must be installed:
- Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013 (32-bit or 64-bit editions)
One Net Receptionist
Supported operating systems
- Microsoft Windows 7 or later
- MacOS X 10.13 High Sierra or later
- Citrix® XenApp® 4, 5 or 6

Java™

For One Net Receptionist to use the Outlook contacts directory, one of the supported versions must be installed:

For One Net Receptionist to integrate with the Microsoft calendar, one of the supported versions of Exchange must be installed:
- Exchange 2007 SP3 or 2010 SP1
Flash®
Some features need Adobe® Flash Player version 16 or later.
