Step 1 - Welcome call
We will call you to arrange the whole One Net Business onboarding process. You will find out what the next steps are and how you can help make your company's transfer to One Net Business as smooth as possible.
Step 2 - Feasibility
Our engineer collects all the technical data to check your current infrastructure. We need to know if any modifications and additional work are required to install the One Net equipment successfully.
Step 3 - Service preparation
When all the milestones are confirmed, we start preparing the One Net Business service for you.
Step 4 - Configuration and training
After the service is prepared, you can start your 1-week configuration phase. You can also book training sessions on your One Net Business service.
Step 5 - Number porting
When the configuration phase ends, we can start porting your landline numbers to One Net Business.
Step 6 - Going live
When the installation, configuration and number porting phases are completed successfully, you are ready to go live.
