What's the problem?
When I tried to log in to the One Net app for desktop or tablet, it showed the error message Licence error.
Why does this happen?
You see this error message because you don't have the licence for the One Net app for desktop or tablet.
What to do
If you are a user
Ask your administrator to assign the correct licence to you.
If you are an administrator
- Open One Net Manager and select a site.
- Select Benutzer einrichten.
- Find the user you want to assign a licence to and select Bearbeiten in that row.
- From , select One Net-App Desktop and/or One Net-App Tablet.
If that doesn't work
Contact the One Net Business team.
