Grouping people
You can gather contacts into groups, to start a chat or call with everyone in the group.
Creating a new group
PC and Mac
You must create a group before adding people to it.
- Select
. - Select New Contact Group.
- Type in the new group's name.
- In the bottom-right corner, select Add to Contacts.
Android
- In the top-left corner, select
. - Select Groups.
- Select .
- Enter the new group's name.
- Select Create.
iOS
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select Groups.
- Select .
- Enter the new group's name.
- Select Create.
Adding someone to a group
You can add contacts to as many groups as you like.
PC and Mac
- Select
. - Right-click on the contact that you want to add to a group.
- Select Add to Group.
- Select the group that you want to add the contact to.
Android
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select Groups.
- Select the required group.
- Select .
- Select the contacts that you want to add to the group.
- Select Done.
iOS

Deleting a group

- Right-click on the name of the group that you want to delete.
- Select Remove <group name>.

- Select Groups.
- Swipe left on the required group.
- Select Delete.

- Select Groups.
- Swipe left on the required group.
- Select Delete.
