Adding contacts

This feature is available only on PC and Mac®.

PC and Mac

You can find people in your organisation's directory and add them to the My Contacts list.

  1. Select .
  2. Search for the person you want to add to the My Contacts list.
  3. Right‑click and select Add to Contacts.

If you have the contact details of a person who is not in your organisation's directory, you can add them to the My Contacts list.

  1. Select .
  2. Select .
  3. Select New Contact.
  4. Enter the new contact's details.
  5. In the bottom-right corner, select Save.
