Joining a My Room conference
Joining a My Room conference using the One Net app
PC and Mac
After joining a conference, select 
to enable audio or 
to enable video.
- Select
. - Enter a name into the search box.
Your organisation's directory contacts display below the My Contacts list.
- Right-click on the name of the person whose My Room conference you want to join.
- Select Join Room.
Android
- In the top-left corner, select
. - Select Directory.
- Select the contact who started the My Room conference you want to join.
- Select Join room.
iOS
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select Directory.
- Select the contact who started the My Room conference you want to join.
- Select Join Room.
Joining a My Room conference as a guest
Supported browsers
Currently, the full set of audio and video features is only available in Chrome™.
People from outside your organisation can join a My Room conference as guests.
Joining a My Room conference as a guest using a browser
To join a conference with a WebRTC browser
- Copy the link that you received from the room owner and paste it directly into your browser.

Enter your details and select Join Room.
Once the room owner has accepted your request, you can communicate with the other people in the room.

If you want to make an audio call, select
or if you want to make a video call, select

. - If you want to display the dial-in number and/or the conference ID, select .

To join a conference as a guest with a non-WebRTC browser
- Copy the link that you received from the room owner and paste it directly into your browser.

Enter your details and select Join Room.
Once the room owner has accepted your request, you can communicate with the other people in the room.
- To join the audio conference, dial the phone number provided in the DIAL-IN OPTION section.
- When asked, enter the conference ID provided in the DIAL-IN OPTION section.

- Dial the phone number provided in the invitation details.

When asked, enter the conference ID provided in the invitation details.
Once the room owner has accepted your request, you can communicate with the other people in the room.
