Finding contacts
PC and Mac
On PC and Mac, you can search for someone in your organisation's directory or in the My Contacts list. Filter the list of people shown on the screen by typing into the search box.

When you find someone in the
- Select
. - Enter a name into the search box.
Your organisation's directory contacts display below the My Contacts list.
Finding someone in the My Contacts list
If you contact some people more often than others, you can add them to the My Contacts list.
- Select to show the My Contacts list.
- Select the person you are looking for, or enter part of their name into the search box to filter the list.
Sorting the My Contacts list
To find people more easily, you can sort the My Contacts list by people's first or last name.
- Select to show the My Contacts list.
- Right‑click and select Sort by First Name or Sort by Last Name to re-order the list.
Filtering the My Contacts list
You can filter the My Contacts list to show only the people who are logged in.

- Right‑click and select or clear Show Offline Contacts.
Android
On Android, you can search for someone in your organisation's directory and your device's local contacts.
