Conferencing
The One Net app makes it easy for you to make audio and video conference calls whenever you need to.
You can also make conference calls in My Room.
The difference between My Room and regular conferences is that My Room is your permanent communication room. You can use My Room all the time while regular conferences end once the last participant leaves.
Starting a conference call
Adding callers
You can add another caller to an ongoing call at any time to create a conference call.
PC and Mac
- During an ongoing call, select
. - Select Conference.
- Search for the people that you want to add to the conference call.
- Select Call.
Android
You can use the One Net app on your Android™ device to hold conference calls in two ways:
- You can add a participant to a call you already have in the One Net app.
- You can use the One Net app to add a participant to a regular mobile call, using One Net Mobility.
To add a participant to a One Net app call
- Call the first person.
- During the call, select
. - Select Conference.
- From the contacts list, select the person you want to add.
To add a participant to a regular mobile call
- During the call, open the One Net app.
The call control window appears.
- Select Conference.
- Select the person you want to add to the conference.
Or

and enter a phone number. - To join the calls into a conference, select Merge calls.
iOS
You can use the One Net app on your iOS® device to hold conference calls in two ways:
- You can add a participant to a call you already have in the One Net app.
- You can use the One Net app to add a participant to a regular mobile call, using One Net Mobility.
To add a participant to a One Net app call
- Call the first person.
- During the call, select .
- Select Conference.
- From the contacts list, select the person you want to add.
To add a participant to a regular mobile call
- During the call, open the One Net app.
The call control window appears.
- Select Conference.
- Select the person you want to add to the conference.
