Changing photo, location and status message
You can change the photo, location or status message that is displayed at the top of the One Net app window. This is part of the availability information that is shared with your colleagues.
Changing your photo
You can change the photo that you display next to your name and show to your colleagues.
PC and Mac
- In the top-left corner of your One Net app window, select your initials or your current profile photo.
- Select your initials or your current profile photo.
- Select the photo that you want to use.
- Select Open.
Android

. - Select your profile.
- Select Edit.
- Select your profile photo.
- Select Use Camera, Choose Existing Photo or Clear Profile Photo.
iOS
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select your profile.
- Select Edit.
- Select your profile photo.
- Select Use Camera, Choose Existing Photo or Clear Profile Photo.
Changing your location
Your location is detected automatically but you can set it manually if you prefer.
PC and Mac
- In the top-left corner of your One Net app window, select your profile photo or initials.
- Select Set Location.
- Set the location and time zone that you want to display to your colleagues.
- Select Publish Location.
Android
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select your profile.
- Select Edit.
- Select Add Label.
- Enter your location.
- Select Done.
iOS
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select your profile.
- Select Edit.
- Select Add Label.
- Enter your location.
- Select Done.
Changing your status message
PC and Mac
- In the top-left corner of your One Net app window, select your profile photo or initials.
- Select the What's on your mind? text field.
- Type in the status message that you want to display.
- Press Enter.
Android
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select your profile.
- Select Edit.
- In the What's on your mind? box, enter your status message.
- Select Done.
iOS
- In the top-left corner, select .
- Select your profile.
- Select Edit.
- In the What's on your mind? box, enter your status message.
- Select Done.
Changing the My Contacts list view
You can change the way the My Contacts list displays on a PC or Mac. You can decide if you want to show your contacts' profile photos, display their status messages and sort the list by first name or last name.
PC and Mac
- Right-click on
. - Select or clear any of the following options: Sort by First Name, Sort by Last Name, Show Offline Contacts and Show Profile Photos.
