Working offline

If there's no internet connection, you can still use the One Net app on PC and Mac®. Some options are available offline. When the One Net app is offline, Network Unavailable is displayed at the top.

In the offline mode, you can:

  • Log out
  • Find people in your My Contacts list
  • Edit your My Contacts list locally
  • Find saved contacts from your organisation's directory
  • Listen to saved voicemail messages
  • View your communication history
  • Manage your local preferences, such as language, login, audio and video settings
