Managing My Room conference participants
This feature is available only on PC and Mac®.
If you are the owner of a My Room conference, you can manage the conference participants.
Managing individual participants
As the owner of a My Room conference, you can:
- See which participant is currently speaking
- Mute or unmute individual participants
- Dismiss individual participants from the conference
Muting an individual participant
- On the participant list, right-click a participant's name.
- Select Mute Participant.
Unmuting an individual participant
- On the participant list, right-click a participant's name.
- Select Unmute Participant.
Dismissing an individual participant
- On the participant list, right-click a participant's name.
- Select Dismiss.
Managing all participants
As the owner of a My Room conference, you can:
- Dismiss all participants
- Mute or unmute all participants
- Lock or unlock My Room for any additional participants
- Export the list of all participants
Muting all participants
- At the top of the participant list, select
. - Select Mute All.
Unmuting all participants
- At the top of the participant list, select .
- Select Unmute All.
Dismissing all participants
- At the top of the participant list, select .
- Select Dismiss All Participants.
Exporting the list of all participants
- At the top of the participant list, select .
- Select Copy Recent Attendee List.
The list of all participants is copied to your clipboard.
