Contacts
PC and Mac
On PC and Mac, you can create your own contact list, add your favourites, and create groups. You also have access to your organization's directory.
Your organisation's directory 
In the One Net app, you have access to your organisation's main directory. You can search for people to call and chat with. You can also add people to groups, favourites and the My Contacts list.
My Contacts
If you contact some people more often than others, you can add them to the My Contacts list.
Favourites
When you've added people to the My Contacts list, you can select the ones you contact the most and mark them as favourites. Favourites appear in a separate section at the top of the My Contacts list.
Groups
You can add your personal contacts into groups, so you can start group chats or calls with everyone in the group. You must create a group before you can add people to it.
Android
On Android, you have access to your organization's directory. You can add your favourites and create groups. You can also access your device's local contacts.
