Changing audio settings
This feature is available only on PC and Mac®.
You can configure your audio settings. For example, you can select:
- Output and input devices in the Speakers and Headset sections.
- The alert signals you want to hear for incoming messages in the Ring signal section.
You can mute and unmute your microphone during calls.
Changing general audio settings
- Select

- Select the audio options you want.
Switching between headset and speakers during a call
During a call, you can switch between your headset and speakers.
Set different input and output devices for the headset and for the speakers.
- In the call window, select

Select Audio Device to switch between your headset and your speakers.
To set the input and output devices
- Select .
- Select the drop-down list at the top and select Audio/Video.
- Set the required input and output devices.
Setting up a USB headset for a PC or Mac

- In the Headset section, select your headset as an input and output device.
