Video call requirements
Video can only be used on calls with other One Net Business users.
Before making a video call
Make sure video calls are enabled for your device before you try to make a video call.
If you want to make efficient video calls, make sure your device meets the following requirements:
- The compression is H.264/MPEG-4 AVC or H.263.
- For resolutions up to 320x240 (QVGA), the bandwidth is up to 512kbps.
- For resolutions up to 640x480 (VGA/SD), the bandwidth is up to 768kbps.
- For resolutions up to 1280x720 (720p/HD Ready), the bandwidth is up to 1024kbps.
