PC and Mac
Start sharing availability status
To start sharing your availability status with somebody, you need to subscribe to them.
- Select
. - Right-click on the person with whom you want to share your availability status.
- Select Subscribe.
Stop sharing availability status
To stop sharing your availability status with somebody, you need to unsubscribe from them.

- Select the person with whom you no longer want to share your availability status.
- Select Unsubscribe.
The availability status icon is no longer displayed next to this person's name and your availability status is no longer shared with them.
Android and iOS
On Android and iOS, your availability status is shared with everybody in your organisation.
