The main phone book lists your company's phone numbers and the people or services assigned to each number. However, if someone has activated their privacy settings, their details are not included.
Editing the main phone book
You cannot edit the main phone book, but you can export its information to a PDF file.
You can access the phone book on your desk phone and on devices using the One Net app.
To view your company's main phone book
You can also store phone numbers for other contacts in a personal phone book. These contacts can be used in One Net Business applications, such as One Net Receptionist.
To view or update your personal phone book
You can import multiple contacts to the your personal phone book from a CSV (comma-separated values) file. You can create the file in a text editor or export contacts to a CSV file from Microsoft® Outlook® or another application.
