Personalising your desk phone
In One Net Manager, you can configure the programmable keys on your desk phone to:
- Monitor other users' phone lines
- Store phone numbers for speed dialling
- Perform common actions, for example, redialling, parking calls, or picking up calls
Available keys and options depend on the make and model of your phone.

Personalising your desk phone
To personalise your desk phone
- Select Geräte-Manager.

Select a key you want to set up.
The programmable keys have a blue dot on them.
- From Typ, select an option.

Enter any other requested information and select Anwenden.
If the restart doesn't happen automatically, unplug and reconnect the phone.
Setting programmable keys to monitor other users' lines
To set your desk phone keys to monitor other users' phone lines
- Select Geräte-Manager.

Select the key you want to set up.
The programmable keys have a blue dot on them.
- From Typ, select Besetztlampenfeld.
- Enter the name of the user you want to monitor and select Suchen.
- Select the user you want to monitor and select Anwenden.
If the restart doesn't happen automatically, unplug and reconnect the phone.
Setting programmable keys as speed dials
To set your desk phone keys as speed dials
- Select Geräte-Manager.

Select the key you want to set up.
The programmable keys have a blue dot on them.
- From Typ, select Kurzwahl.
- Enter your own label for the new speed dial.
- Enter the speed dial number and select Anwenden.
If the restart doesn't happen automatically, unplug and reconnect the phone.
Setting programmable keys to perform common actions
You can set your desk phone's keys to perform actions such as:
- Parking a call
- Returning your last call
- Redialling the last number you dialled
- Forwarding a call
- Accessing your call history
- Accessing the phone's help menu
- Picking up calls in a call pickup group
To set your desk phone key to perform an action
- Select Geräte-Manager.

Select the key you want to set up.
The programmable keys have a blue dot on them.
- From Typ, select Funktion.
- Select the action you want the key to perform and select Anwenden.
If the restart doesn't happen automatically, unplug and reconnect the phone.
