Managing My Room
My Room is a personal dedicated place where you can bring people together to communicate and collaborate. In My Room, you can chat or hold an audio conference with the other people in the room.
Managing rooms
My Room is your default room. You can't delete it but you can change its settings. For example, you can configure My Room conferences to end automatically when the owner leaves.
In addition to My Room, you can create your own Project Rooms. They may be useful if you need a place to work with your colleagues on a project for a specific period of time. After the project is finished, you can delete the room.
Viewing available rooms
- Select Anrufdienste > MyRoom > Anzeigen.
Changing a room's configuration
- Select Anrufdienste > MyRoom > Anzeigen to display available rooms.
- Select Bearbeiten next to the room you want to change.
- Set the options described in the My Room settings section below.

Select this option if you want to generate a new ID. After you change the room ID, attendees won't be able to access your My Room using the previous ID. |

Identifies the room. The name is visible only in the My Room settings in One Net Manager. |

Adding a Project Room
- Select Anrufdienste > MyRoom > Hinzufügen.
- Set the options described in the My Room settings section below.
Deleting a Project Room
- Select Anrufdienste > MyRoom > Anzeigen to display available rooms.
- Select the check box in the Löschen column next to the room you want to delete.
- Select Speichern.
