My desk phone is showing the wrong date and time.
Your desk phone is showing the wrong date and time for one of the following reasons:
Try testing the Ethernet cable from your phone with another device.
If you see a message about an unregistered user, try to log in to the desk phone.
If your phone is correctly connected and you are logged in, your firewall might be blocking the time server.
Make sure that port 123 (UDP) is open in your firewall.
If you have problems configuring your firewall, contact your administrator.
Contact the One Net Business team.
Talk to the One Net Business administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
