Call centre agent - administrator settings
About call centre agent settings
Some call centre agent settings can only be changed by an administrator.
Joining call centres
To change whether a user is joined in a call centre
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Anrufdienste > Call Center Agent > Callcenter anzeigen.
Any call centres for which the user is an agent are listed.
- Select Beitreten for the call centre you want to change.
Changing agent settings
To change a user's agent settings
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Anrufdienste > Call Center Agent > Bearbeiten.
- Enter your settings.
