Main phone book
Information for enterprise administrators
The main phone book lists your company's phone numbers and the people or services assigned to each number. However, if someone has activated their privacy settings, their details are not included.
Editing the main phone book
You cannot edit the main phone book, but you can export its information to a PDF file.
To view your company’s main phone book
- Select Telefonbuch.
To add commonly-used contacts that aren't listed in the main phone book for your site, you need to use the common phone book.
