Announcement repository
The announcement repository allows you to keep all your recorded announcements in one place and manage them easily. You can use the announcement repository when setting up other services, for example, greeting messages.
You can keep up to 1 GB of recorded announcements.
Accessing your announcement repository
To access your announcement repository
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortprofil.
- Select Ansagen-Depot.
Recording announcements in One Net Manager
You can use One Net Manager to record announcements.
You need Flash to record in One Net Manager.
To record an announcement in One Net Manager
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortprofil.
- Select Ansagen-Depot.
- Select Hinzufügen.
- Name the announcement.
- Select
to open to the recording tool. - Select
to record your announcement using a microphone. - Select
to stop recording. - If you want to, you can select
to listen to your recording. -
Select
to upload the announcement and save the changes.The recorded announcement appears in the announcement repository list.
Uploading your own announcements
You can upload your own WAV or WMA announcement files to One Net Manager.
To upload an announcement
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortprofil.
- Select Ansagen-Depot.
- Select Hinzufügen.
- Select Durchsuchen to select the audio file.
- Select Hochladen to upload the file.
The uploaded file appears in the announcement repository list.
Music rights
Before uploading music, make sure you have the rights to play it to your customers.
Downloading announcements
You can download announcement files from the announcement repository.
To download an announcement
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortprofil.
- Select Ansagen-Depot.
- Next to the file you want to download, select Bearbeiten.
- Select Herunterladen.
