Answering calls with One Net Business
With One Net Business you can answer calls using your desk phone, mobile, tablet, PC or Mac®. You can answer calls in a number of ways, using different applications.
For example, with the One Net app you can answer calls on your PC or Mac.
Answering calls with the One Net app
With the One Net app installed on your PC, Mac, mobile and tablet, you can answer calls with any of your devices.
Answering calls in One Net Call Centre
When you receive a call, it appears in Call console.
To answer a call
- In Call console, select the incoming call.
- Select Ans.
Answering calls in One Net Receptionist
With One Net Receptionist, you can answer calls in several ways. You can answer calls in Call console or from a call notification. You can also answer calls for a colleague.
