Learn about the features of One Net Business that support how you work on the move and away from the office.
One Net Mobility
You can easily integrate any mobile phone supporting the GSM or UMTS standards into One Net Business. Once the integration is complete, Vodafone modifies the configuration of the mobiles to enable relevant One Net Business features. For example, each mobile phone is assigned a fixed network number and a speed dial number, and all calls to the mobile number are included in the call routing process. The user is also given a new voicemail box.
Synchronised call log
If you're logged in to the One Net Business service on several devices, your call are synchronised. You can display these synchronised logs both in the One Net app and on your desk phone.
Receive call notifications by email
You can choose to receive email notifications of your incoming calls, so you have a record of your calls and can see if you have missed any important calls.
One Net Anywhere
With One Net Anywhere, you can extend your One Net Business service to any device at any location. With the same One Net Business features on all your devices, you can work efficiently whether you're in the office, on the move or working from home. You can set up devices such as your home phone or personal mobile phone to receive calls coming to your One Net Business phone number. Your One Net Business phone number is displayed on all your incoming calls, presenting a professional business image to your customers and colleagues.
You can set up One Net Anywhere devices in One Net Manager or the One Net app.
