Requirements for One Net Business applications
To make and receive calls, you must be logged in to the One Net app or your desk phone.
You can answer your own calls and calls for other users in your group. With certain desk phones you can enable the automatic answering service, or you can answer calls in the following ways.
To answer a call
Double-clicking a call does not answer it.
To answer a call from a call notification
To answer a call for a contact
To put a call on hold
To resume a held call
Double-clicking a call does not take the call off hold.
If you have a snom® or Polycom® phone, you can enable automatic answering so your calls are answered automatically.
To enable automatic answering
In Call console, select . The button changes to to indicate that automatic answering is on. With automatic answering on, an incoming call is automatically answered by your phone.
