Requirements for One Net Business applications
Service codes are GSM codes you dial on a traditional mobile phone that has a keypad instead of a touch screen. As such, service codes allow you to use certain One Net Business features with no need for the One Net app or a desk phone.
You can use service codes to:
To use any of the service codes, you need to put a call on hold first.
To put a call on hold
To resume a held call
To start a conference call
Now you're on call with the both participants.
You can add up to three participants altogether.
To remove participants from a conference call
To transfer a call
You can also dial 1 to resume the original call.
Your number will be unavailable until the transferred call ends.
If you're using a desk phone, you can access any of the service codes features with One Net Business feature access codes (FACs), or with the desk phone's programmable buttons.

If you're using a smartphone or a tablet, you can access any of the service codes features with One Net Business feature access codes, or with the One Net app.
For service codes to work, an administrator needs to disable Vodafone-basierte Anrufsteuerungsdienste verwenden in One Net Manager, while configuring your One Net Mobility settings.
