Conference calls
To make and receive calls, you must be logged in to the One Net app or your desk phone.
You start conference calls and add people to conference calls in Call console. Both active and held calls can be added to a conference call. When you start or enter a conference call, the call is moved to Conference call.
To start a conference call 
To start a conference call you need at least two calls in Call console. These can be incoming or outgoing calls.
- In Call console, select one of the calls.

Move the pointer over another call and select Conf.
To add a person to an existing conference call
To add someone to a conference call you need a call in Call console.
- Call the person you want to add, or ask them to call you.
- In Call console, move the pointer over a call and select Conf.
To leave a conference call
- In Conference call, select Leave.
If you leave a conference call, you cannot enter it again by yourself. Ask someone on the conference call to add you.
To hold a conference call
- In Conference call, select Hold.
- To resume the conference call, select Ans.
To end a conference call
- In Conference call, select End.
To place someone on hold during a conference call

In Conference call, move the pointer over a caller and select Hold.
- To take the person off hold, move the pointer over the caller and select Ans.
To remove someone from a conference call
- In Conference call, move the pointer over a caller and select End.
