Forwarding and diverting calls

If you are busy or working remotely, you can answer calls on your mobile phone, forward your calls to another number or divert them to voicemail.

You can also use feature access codes to forward calls in all One Net Business applications and on all devices.

To forward all calls

  1. Select Settings > Services > Forward all calls.
  2. Select Active.
  3. Enter a phone number. You can use digits and the - character. The phone number can begin with 0 or the + character, for example: +49 211-555-1111.

  4. Select Ring splash if you want your desk phone to ring briefly and display details of the calls that are forwarded.

To divert all calls to voicemail

If you don't have voicemail configured, calls are just blocked.

Note

If you share your line with other users, activating Do Not Disturb blocks all incoming calls for those users too.

  1. Select Settings > Services > Do not disturb.
  2. Select Active.
