Requirements for One Net Business applications
When you first start using One Net Receptionist there are some setup tasks that you might need to do. You can do these tasks or change these settings later on if you want to.
The settings you can change vary, depending on what is enabled by your administrator.
Password change affects all of your One Net Business products
When you change your password in One Net Receptionist, it changes everywhere in One Net Business.
Your password must be at least eight characters long and contain two of the following criteria:
Your password cannot contain the following:
Your password cannot be the same as your last three passwords.
You must change your password at least every six months.
You can choose the language to use in the One Net Receptionist screens or One Net Receptionist can automatically use the language set up for you in One Net Manager.
Select the language you want from the list.

Select Synchronise language with service profile.
To transfer a call, you can drag it to a contact. You can choose for the call to be transferred automatically when you drop it on the contact. If this option isn't selected, you have to select Txr to transfer the call.
You can choose which call centre queues to subscribe to. If a queue is dimmed then you can't subscribe to or unsubscribe from that queue. Ask your administrator if you need to make a change that you can't do yourself.

Select the check box in the header to select all queues.
When you log in to One Net Receptionist, your availability for calls is set to Available by default. You can choose to log in as available or unavailable.
If you choose to be available, you can receive calls as soon as you log in.
If Forward all calls is listed on your Services page, you can forward all your calls to another number.
If Do not disturb is listed on your Services page, you can block all incoming calls. All your calls will be automatically transferred to your voicemail.
If you share your line with other users, activating Do Not Disturb blocks all incoming calls for those users too.
You can choose to receive notifications about incoming calls. If you do, a notification appears at the bottom of your screen whenever you receive a call.
Which browser are you using?
In Internet Explorer®, only one tab must be open in the web browser running One Net Receptionist.
Firefox® doesn't support the ability to restore the browser automatically if it's minimised when you receive a call.
You can create a shortcut on your desktop to make it easier to launch the One Net Receptionist application.
You can configure email and chat options in One Net Receptionist.
If you select custom SMTP server, you need to configure the required options or ask your administrator for help.
Talk to the One Net Business administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
