If your organisation has chat configured, you can exchange instant messages with any of your One Net Business contacts and friends who also have chat enabled. Look for this icon 
next to their names.
On the tabs that show availability to chat, you can see each friend's availability and status message. You can use chat even if the person you want to chat to is offline. Your message will be delivered when your contact logs in to One Net Receptionist.
