Managing conference calls
To start a conference call, you need to have two active or held calls in Call console. The calls move to a single conference call in Conference call. You can add other people to a conference call if you have an active or held call with them.
To start a conference call
- In Call console, select one of the calls you want to make into a conference call.
- Move the pointer over the other call and select Conf.
To add another caller to a conference call
- In Call console, move the pointer over the call and select Conf.
To place someone on or off hold during a conference call
- In Conference call, move the pointer over the caller and select Hold.
- To take the caller off hold, move the pointer over the caller and select Ans.
To remove someone from a conference call
- In Conference call, move the pointer over the caller and select End.
To hold and resume a conference call

In Conference call, select Hold.
The other people on the call can continue their conversation.
- To rejoin the conference call, select Ans.
To leave a conference call
- In Conference call, select Leave.
If you leave a conference call, you cannot enter it again by yourself. Ask someone on the conference call to add you.
To end a conference call
- In Conference call, select End.
This releases all the calls in the conference.
To join an ongoing call
You may be able to join an ongoing call if you have this service assigned.
- In , select one of the contacts engaged on the call.
