There are a number of ways you can make a call on your desk phone. You can select contacts from your company's main phone book or from your personal phone book.

Make a call with the handset	Pick up the handset. Enter or select the phone number. Press . Or Enter or select the phone number. Pick up the handset.

Call a contact in your personal phone book	Press the function key below the directory icon. On snom D765 desk phones, the directory icon is . Select Personal address book. Scroll to the contact you want to call. Or Enter the first letters of the name on the keypad. Press .
Call a contact in your company’s main phone book	Press the function key below the directory icon. On snom D765 desk phones, the directory icon is . Select One Net Directory. Scroll to the contact you want to call. Or Enter the first letters of the name on the keypad. Press .
Redial a number	Press . Scroll to the contact you want to call. Press .
Dial a number from your call history	Press the right arrow key to open the missed calls history. Or Press the left arrow key to open the received calls history. Or Press to open the dialled calls history. Scroll to the contact you want to call. Press .
