Making conference calls on a desk phone
You can make three-way conference calls with your snom® and Yealink® desk phones.

Show me an example 
You answer a call on your desk phone. It's a customer who would like to know more about your product. You know that Erika from the sales team can help you answer your customer's questions. You check Erika's availability and see that she is free to receive a call. You place the customer on hold and call Erika to give her some details about the customer. When you've finished speaking, you join the calls into a three-way conference call and continue a conversation with your client and Erika.

To make a conference call
- Call the first person.
- When the first person answers, depending on your model, select
or Line 2.
The call is put on hold.
- Call another person.
- When this person answers, depending on your model, select
or 
to join the calls into a three-way conference call.
Adding more people to the conference call
Depending on your license, you can add more people to your conference call by repeating steps 3 to 4.
You can make a conference call for a maximum of six people.

To make a conference call
- Call the first person.
- When the first person answers, select or Line 2.
The call is put on hold.
- Call another person.
- When this person answers, select or Line 2.
The call is put on hold.
- Select or to join the calls into a three-way conference call.

You can make a conference call for a maximum of six people.

To make a conference call
- Call the first person.
- When the first person answers, press the Conf soft key.
The call is put on hold.
- Call the second person.
- When the second person answers, press the Conf soft key again.
All parties join the conference now.
Making a three-way conference call on Yealink SIP-T53W, SIP-T54W and SIP-T57W desk phones
To make a conference call
- Call the first person.
- When the first person answers, press the Conference soft key.
The call is put on hold.
- Call the second person.
- When the second person answers, press the Conference soft key again.
All parties join the conference now.
