Transferring calls from a DECT phone
You can make announced and unannounced call transfers with your DECT phone.

Show me an example 
You answer a call on your DECT phone. It's a customer who would like to speak to Erika in the sales team. You check Erika's availability and see she is free to receive a call. You place the customer on hold and call Erika to give her some details about the customer. When you've finished speaking, you make an announced call transfer to Erika.
One Net app
Before making a transfer, use the One Net app to check the availability of the person you want to transfer the call to.
Making an announced transfer
When you receive a call on your DECT phone, you can notify another person and then transfer the call to them.
Making an announced transfer on a snom DECT phone
- When you have a call you want to transfer, press the Hold soft key to put the call on hold.
- Call the phone number of the contact you want to transfer the call to.
- When your contact answers, tell them that you want to transfer a call to them.
- Press the Transfer soft key to transfer the call.
Making an unannounced transfer
When you receive a call on your DECT phone, you can directly transfer the call to another person, with no notification.
Make an unannounced transfer on a snom DECT phone
- When you have a call you want to transfer, press the Transfer soft key.
- Dial the phone number of the contact you want to transfer the call to.
- Press the Transfer soft key to transfer the call.
