You answer a call on your snom desk phone. It's a customer who would like to speak to Erika in the sales team. You check Erika's availability and see she is free to receive a call. You place the customer on hold and call Erika to give her some details about the customer. When you've finished speaking, you make an announced call transfer to Erika.
