You can set a call disposition code while you are either in a queue call or in a wrap-up state. This option is available only for call centre agents. |

You can make a call. |

Pickup |
You can answer a call within your pickup call group. |

Answer |
You can answer a call only using your own device or the One Net app. You can't use this option directly from Go Integrator. |

Hangup |
You can hang up a call. |

You can make an announced (assisted, consulted) transfer. |
