Setting up Go Integrator
To get the best out of Go Integrator, you can customise your settings in the Configuration menu. Go Integrator allows you, for example, to choose the preferred calling methods, set up call events and custom tones, or select which applications you want to integrate.
To access the configuration menu
- In the system tray, right-click
. - Select Configuration.
To integrate CRM and database applications with Go Integrator
- In the INTEGRATION section, select Add new.
- From the list, select the application you want to integrate.
- Select Set.
- Enter the necessary details.
To set Go Integrator to start automatically with Windows®
- In the GENERAL section, select Interface.
- Select Start automatically with Windows.
To choose the calling methods for Go Integrator
- In the GENERAL section, select Dialing.
- Select the calling methods you want to use.
To set the advanced searching options in Go Integrator
- In the GENERAL section, select Interface.
- In the Advanced section, select the required options:
- If you want to see numbers when searching for contacts, select Include internal numbers in searches.
- If you want to search incoming calls by the numbers you dialled instead of the numbers of your callers, select Use dialed number for searches.
- If you want to see full numbers including extensions, select Show full dialed number.
- If you want to use call centre numbers and ignore redirection, select Prefer Call Center number.
