Your signature
You can upload an image with your signature and add it when sending a fax.
Only you can access the uploaded signature file. No one else can view it, including your administrators.
To upload a signature
- Select Settings > Signature.
- Select Upload an image.

Navigate to and select the file you want to upload.
- Maximum image size is 640x480 pixels.
- Supported file types are GIF, JPG, PNG.
To remove a signature, select Clear.
- In the bottom right corner, select Save.
To add your signature to a fax
- Select Send.
- Prepare the fax you want to send.
- Select Preview.
- Navigate to the page to which you want to add the signature and select Add signature.
You can add your signature multiple times on the same page.
- Select and hold the signature image to move it where you want.
You can also resize the signature image by selecting and holding its bottom right corner.
