Cover page
When you send a fax, you can choose to send a cover page with it. A cover page appears as the first page of the fax and it contains:
- Your fax number
- The date and time of fax transmission
- A cover page image, if you’ve uploaded one
- Fax details, including the subject, message and total number of pages
Customising your cover page template
You can customise your cover page template by:
- Uploading a cover page image (for example, your company logo)
- Changing the cover page layout
To check how your branding appears on the cover page, send yourself a test fax.
To upload a cover page image
- Select Settings > Cover page.
- Select Upload an image.

Navigate to and select the file you want to upload:
- Maximum image size is 640x480 pixels.
- Supported file types are GIF, JPG, PNG.
To remove a cover page image, select Clear.
- In the bottom right corner, select Save.

To change the cover page layout
- Select Settings > Cover page.
- Select and hold one of the four cover page elements:
- Cover page image
- Fax subject
- Cover page message
- Fax details
- In the bottom right corner, select Save.
You can edit the cover page subject and message every time you send a fax.
