Tray monitor

The tray monitor allows you to see the status of your One Net TAPI connection and restart the connection, if needed.

One Net TAPI statuses

The One Net TAPI icon in the system tray shows the current status of the application.

Icon

Meaning

Green

TAPI application found on your PC and One Net TAPI configured properly.

Red

The One Net TAPI service isn't running.

Orange

The One Net TAPI tray monitor can't connect to the application.

Yellow

One Net TAPI can't connect to the One Net Business service.

Blue

No TAPI application on your PC or One Net TAPI isn't configured properly.
