Installing One Net TAPI
One Net TAPI is an application that runs on your PC, so you need to download and install it.
Check that your operating system is compatible with One Net TAPI >
Follow the instructions in the installation wizard to install One Net TAPI.
What do I need to do to get started?
Before you start using One Net TAPI, your administrator must assign the One Net TAPI licence to you.
When you've installed One Net TAPI:
- The One Net TAPI service is added to your Windows® Phone and Modem menu.
- The One Net TAPI monitor icon appears in your system tray to indicate the current status of the application.

Before you start using One Net TAPI, you need to set up the application, for example, enter the valid user credentials.
