Mid-call control in the One Net app on my mobile phone doesn't work.
You can't use mid-call control for one of the following reasons:
Check if you've added a phone number in the One Net app call settings for One Net Mobility or One Net Anywhere.
Ask your administrator to check your call settings for you.
Contact the One Net Business team.
Talk to the One Net Business administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
