Step 1 - Welcome call
After Vodafone receives your organisation's signed purchase order, our team verifies your order. We will call you to arrange the whole One Net Business installation and configuration procedure.
To meet all your requirements and expectations, we will discuss all the configuration details with you.
Configuration template
To make sure everything moves as quickly and smoothly as possible, you need to provide us with the following information:
Site details
- Any dates or timescales we need to be aware of

The complete range of the landline numbers you want to include in your One Net Business service
Keep your last invoice
An invoice from your current communications provider contains all the details that will help us with porting your landline numbers to One Net Business.
- Extension number length
- Whether the PSTN breakout code should be used
- The individual prefix for your site
- Any additional information we need to know (e.g. your opening hours, site access or parking restrictions)
User details
- First and last names of each user
- Email addresses
- Types of devices used by each user
- Extension numbers for each user
- Package type for each user (basic, standard, UC)
- The mobile numbers you want to include in your One Net Business service
- Outgoing calling plan to define which destinations can be called by each user (four predefined plans to choose from)
After your welcome call, we will send you an email for each site you order the One Net Business for. This email contains:
- A configuration template we completed on the basis of our welcome call
- A link to a Remote Quality Check
You need to verify if the information in the configuration template is correct and send the document back to us with any necessary changes.
Remote Quality Check
You need to run the Remote Quality Check to give us an initial indication of whether your current network setup is compatible with One Net Business. The results of the Remote Quality Check are uploaded to us automatically.
If any modifications and additional work are required to install the equipment successfully, our engineers will contact you to discuss the details
Requirements for the Remote Quality Check:
- PC hardware with Microsoft® Windows®
- Internet access
- Administrator access rights
