I'm not receiving the registration email

What's the problem?

I haven't received the One Net Business user registration email.

Why does this happen?

This may happen for one of the following reasons:

  • You already received the registration email in the past.
  • You already registered your account in the past.
  • Your One Net Business administrator hasn't set up your account yet.
  • You have a wrong email address assigned to your account.
