What's the problem?
I edited a device configuration template and the devices are not working correctly.
Why does this happen?
An incorrect configuration can affect the functioning of the devices.
What to do
First try this
Restore the device configuration template to default.
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select Standortdienste.
- Select Geräte-Konfiguration.
- Next to the required device template, select Bearbeiten.
- Select ZURÜCKSETZEN.
The settings are restored to default for all devices of that type in the group.
Restart the devices to see the changes.
If that doesn't work
Reset the devices to factory settings.
