How can I change desk phone passwords for more users at the same time?

What's the problem?

As an administrator, I want to change desk phone passwords for more users at the same time.

What to do

  1. In One Net Manager, select Dashboard > One Net Geräte-Kennwort-Manager.
  2. From the Groups drop-down, select a site.
  3. Select the users whose device passwords you want to change.
  4. To generate random passwords, select Auto Generated Password.

    Or

    To set a specific password for the selected users, select User Set Password and enter a new password.

  5. Select Generate Passwords.
  6. Select Reset to confirm your changes.
