What's the problem?
I want to reset my desk phone to factory settings, but I don't know how.
What to do
You can manually reset your desk phone to factory settings.
To reset a snom desk phone
- Hold # while the phone is powering up.
- In Rescue Mode, press 1 to reset the settings.
To reset a Yealink desk phone
- Turn the phone on.
- For Yealink SIP-T57W, hold the Redial button.
Or
For any other Yealink phone, hold the OK button.
- When asked to confirm, press OK to reset the settings.
